Surging demand for fuel in Mexico nearly doubles tanker truck traffic at Port of Brownsville An acute fuel shortage in Mexico has doubled the number of tanker trucks crossing the border on a daily basis to pick up shipments of gasoline, diesel, jet fuel and motor oil at the Port of Brownsville.
